MICROLEARNING PILLS AND GAMIFIED SCENARIO
MICROLEARNING PILLS AND GAMIFIED SCENARIO
Enabling selective, circumstantial, just-in-time, customised learning
The Microlearning pills and gamified scenario realised for the CUL.T. – Culture & Technology project enable female students from humanities, cultural and creative backgrounds, to acquire and strengthen STEAM competences for the digital valorisation of cultural heritage. By bringing together art, culture and technology, the CUL.T. Course supports learners in exploring how digital tools can make cultural assets more accessible, engaging, inclusive and meaningful for contemporary audiences.
A rich ecosystem of Open Educational Resources
For this reason, we are providing access to a rich ecosystem of Open Educational Resources (OERs) – always available, always relevant – delivered in two innovative formats:
- Microlearning pills: short, focused and immediately applicable learning resources, designed to provide selective, efficient and just-in-time training on key topics for digital culture and cultural heritage innovation.
- Gamified scenario: an immersive learning journey in which learners take on the role of a cultural manager and guide an expert in digital strategies, through a series of challenges linked to the valorisation of cultural heritage. Across museums, archives, archaeological sites, theatres, visitor centres and cultural tourism spaces, learners are asked to make decisions, solve real-life problems and choose the most appropriate digital solutions. Each choice produces feedback, allowing participants to reflect on the consequences of their decisions and strengthen both technical and transversal competences.
