The network represents a concrete expression of international cooperation among institutions, universities, training bodies, consultancy organizations, and research centres, united by a shared commitment to cultural and educational development across Europe.

ITALY
Who we are and what we can do for you

The University of Camerino (UniCam) based in Camerino (Marche Region, Italy) has been a public university since 1958, but was funded in 1336. UniCam has its roots in the past but grows and improves looking to the future. UniCam, which for 21 years has ranked first among small universities (up to 10,000 enrolled students), now has five university schools spread over four campuses. UniCam is present in the Camerino area with the Schools of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Health Products, Law, Science and Technology; and in the municipalities of Matelica and Ascoli Piceno, respectively, with the Schools of Veterinary Medical Sciences, Architecture and Design. The School of Science and Technology is characterised by a high degree of interdisciplinary among sciences; this facilitates the aggregation of competencies on different research topics.

The Computer Science Division at the University of Camerino is at the forefront of research and education in key disciplines such as business information systems, artificial intelligence, software development and technologies with a focus on data analysis, process mining, business process automation, and blockchain. Over time, these areas have gained increasing importance in the academic realm and their socio-economic impact, as demonstrated by the success of spin-offs and collaborations with industry.

CONFORM S.c.a.r.l. has been operating since 1995 at national and international level, promoting research projects, training plans, with formats in presence, experiential and e-learning, consulting activities for companies and PA, drafting of traditional communication plans and with the use of new media, audiovisual and film productions, realization of VR, AR and MR solutions and games, development of gamification and game-based marketing strategies, with the support of expert staff and a team of trainers, consultants and managers, bearers of successful experiences, as well as a dense network of relationships, with over 250 national, European and international partners.


ALBANIA

The University of Tirana (UT), established in 1957, is the largest and most prestigious public university in Albania. UT consists of six faculties and two institutes and offers 174 programs in all three cycles of study, with 779 full-time academic staff and approximately 28,550 students. Thanks to its tradition, high level of qualification, training and certification, the University of Tirana remains the most sought after university in Albania. The institution is known for its strong academic tradition, international collaborations, and contributions to science, culture, and economic development. Currently, the University of Tirana is the largest university in the country.

UT actively participates in European cooperation programs such as Erasmus+, Tempus, and Horizon Europe, fostering academic exchanges and research collaborations with universities worldwide. It is also a member of international networks like AUF, UNICA, and UNIMED, reinforcing its role as a leading institution in the Western Balkans region.

The Center for Science and Innovation for Development (SCiDEV) is a Tirana-based think tank that works to contribute to democratisation, and sustainable social and economic development in Albania and in the region in collaboration with partners in the Western Balkans and European Union. SCiDEV engages primarily in policy and action-oriented research, conducting studies that inform decision-making processes, influence policy development, and drive advocacy efforts, capacity building, mentoring, science communication, and engagement with stakeholders in Quadruple Helix.

SCiDEV’s work is organised around four core pillars: Democracy and Governance - Media and Communication - Strengthening Research-to-Society Links - Innovation, Digital Transformation and AI

SCiDEV is dedicated to strengthening innovation and scientific research, advocating for the use of evidence in legal and regulatory initiatives, and undertaking capacity-building activities to empower diverse communities, including youth, researchers, activists, and informal groups, as well as higher education institutions, government institutions both at central and local level, local CSOs, and media. To achieve its mission, SCiDEV collaborates with academia, civil society, media, private and public institutions. SCiDEV's team of highly motivated professionals and a network of external collaborators with complementary competencies and expertise work together to achieve these goals.


CROATIA

The University of Zagreb is the flagship educational institution in the country with 31 faculties, 3 art academies and various university centres and departments. As a comprehensive public Central European university, UNIZG offers education programmes in all scientific fields (arts, biomedicine, biotechnology, engineering, humanities, natural sciences and social sciences) and a broad spectrum of courses at all study levels, from undergraduate to postgraduate for more than 70,000 students. The University excels not only in teaching, but also in research, contributing with over 50 percent to the annual research output of Croatia.

FRANCE

Over the past few years, Université Côte d’Azur has shifted its structure for a dynamic and flexible organization in order to meet the needs of society and better prepare young scholars and professionals for a changing world. The actual Université Côte d’Azur model of university relies on transdisciplinary cooperation, an experimental model for coordination between research, training and innovation, as well as strong and sustained partnerships with private sector entities and local policy makers. 

SPAIN

The University of Valencia (Universitat de València, UV) is one of the oldest academic institutions in Spain, with roots dating back to 1499. 

Over the centuries, it has continuously evolved and expanded, while maintaining its commitment to research, high-quality teaching, and social engagement. Its academic offerings range from the most traditional areas of study to the latest emerging fields, highlighting a strong multidisciplinary and innovative character. 

Today, the UV comprises a wide array of faculties and schools that cover diverse disciplines such as health sciences, humanities, social sciences, engineering, and experimental sciences.

Culturalink is a consultancy specialised in research, analysis, advice and strategic planning in the cultural and creative sectors, with a robust track record of over 100 projects spanning across Spanish regions. Established in 2001, C>LINK maintains a strong connection with local cultural and artistic communities, particularly in Canarias (HQ) and Valencia. C>LINK also participates in EU funded projects, particularly in the Horizon program, undertaking research, pilot implementation, and evaluation tasks. As an entity linked to the research ecosystem, C>LINK collaborates with the University of Valencia, through its office located in the Science and Technology Park of the University.

In addition to applied cultural consultancy, C>LINK has expanded its field of work to other areas of activity with which culture has a cross-cutting relationship. As a result, a large number of projects have been carried out in relation to economic planning, digital economy, urban development, gender equality policies, tourism, education, social policies and international cooperation.
